How long have you been grooming?
Bark In Style has been involved in the mobile dog & cat grooming industry since 2002.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Cash and Checks as forms of payment.
How does mobile pet grooming work?
Once an appointment is made, a fully self-contained grooming van arrives at your house and grooms your pup or kitty right outside of your house.
Will you be the one grooming my pet?
Yes, you will always get the same groomer from Bark In Style DC & MD Mobile Grooming.
Do you groom cats?
Yes, Bark In Style loves working with cats!
Do you groom big dogs?
Absolutely, in fact one of the main advantages of Bark In Style DC & MD Mobile Grooming is the fact that we are one of the few mobile dog and cat groomers in the DC metro area that will happily work with them.
How long does the grooming take?
Anywhere from 20 to 120 minutes depending on the size, condition, hair length, clipping etc.
Do you use warm water?
Yes, all Bark In Style DC & MD Mobile Grooming vans have 130 gallons of fresh heated water at their disposal.
I'd like my dog groomed on a regular schedule can you set that up?
Yes we'd be happy to, we can leave you a Bark In Style DC & MD Mobile Grooming appointment card and even give you a reminder call/e-mail.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs begin to smell really dirty after two weeks. Not suprisingly, about 70% of Bark In Style DC & MD Mobile Grooming clients are groomed every other week, about 15% weekly and the remainder monthly.
Doesn't frequent bathing dry out the skin and coat?
No, in fact most Veterinarians will want you to have your pet bathed more often when your pet gets dry or itchy skin.
